She Believes
Sweetie believes in the power of people supporting people and coming together to make things happen. She often says
“People do the best they can, where they are, with what they have…and most of the time, when they are exposed to better methods of accomplishing their goals, or are taught the skills to do better, they will”
This philosophy and outlook encourages her to share what she knows with those who wish to learn as she learns from others.
“God is God and we are not”
is another phrase you will hear if you are around Sweetie very much. She makes no secret about her belief in Jesus Christ and her desire to live in obedience to Him. However, she also believes that your beliefs are something you live, not pressure others to believe. She has worked in non-Christian schools, worked where Christianity was not only not accepted, but not allowed, and realizes that while she would truly love it if all people were brought to Christ, it is a personal part of their lives she allows God to draw their hearts…she simply greets them when they are ready at the door!
Sweetie believes in doing your best for those you work with and call your own. It is through the somewhat “old fashioned” values of integrity, ingenuity, loyalty, excellent customer service and innovation that the new products are created, old products are improved and clients needs are met. Aren’t we all happier when are needs are fulfilled and our goals fulfilled? Sweetie loves to delight those around her by exceeding their expectations in whatever arena she is working in.
